Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://macedotexasfencingandconstruction.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. Macedo Texas Fencing and Construction provides Wood Fence, Gate Installation, Chain Link Fence, Wrought Iron Fence, Steel Fence, Ranch Fence, Exterior Painting and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Macedo Texas Fencing and Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Macedo Texas Fencing and Construction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Macedo Texas Fencing and Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Macedo Texas Fencing and Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
